The Abia State Commissioner of Police, CP Mustapha Mohammed Bala, on Thursday paid a courtesy visit on the Abia State Governor-elect, Dr Alex Otti.

CP Bala was at the country come of Dr. Otti, in Nvosi, Isialangwa South Local Government Area, to felicitate with him on his declaration Wednesday, March 22, 2023 as the Governor-Elect, following his victory in the March 18 governorship election in Abia State.
