Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Sunday evening had their first training session ahead of Monday’s Matchday 2 clash in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sao Tome and Principe reports Prime Business Africa.

The Nigeria Football Federation Television channel, NFF TV uploaded the video of the session which was not open to the public.

The Group A game will be played at Moroccan city of Agadir which is the adopted home ground of Sao Tome following a temporary stadium ban on their national stadium.

The Eagles defeated Sierra Leone 2-1 on Thursday but trail behind Guinea Bissau who thrashed Sao Tome and Principe 5-1 same day.

Jose Peseiro and his team arrived Morocco late Saturday evening.
