Chelsea Keen To Launch £65million Chase Of AS Monaco Star

Chelsea are considering a £65million approach for AS Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.

The French youngster of African descent has been churning out impressive performances for the Principality club this season and that has not gone unnoticed with the Blues heirachy boosted by the purchase of the club by multi-billionaire Todd Boehly.

According to Spanish newspaper, Marca, Chelsea are however not the only club interested at his sef iced with Liverpool said to be keen on him especially as Alexander Oxlade-Chamberlain is not assured of a contract extension at Anfield.

Monaco are not expected to resist such an amount with Ligue 1 clubs still reeling from the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic more per as Antonio Rudiger will join Real Madrid and Andreas Christensen heads to Barcelona.

Tchouameni, 22, has featured for the Ligue 1 side over 70 times since his debut in 2020.
