Social media comedian, AbdullIahi Maruf Adisa, better known as Trinity Guy, has taken fan devotion to a whole new level, sending the Internet into a frenzy as he reveals bold tattoos featuring Davido’s name and insignia inked across his upper body.

From “Davido” stamped on his forehead to “OBO” etched across his chest, and “Baddest” boldly written on his upper back, Trinity Guy has become a walking tribute to the Afrobeats superstar, Davido.

Sharing photos and videos of his new ink, he captioned the post with an emotional blend of statements: “Verified Davido boy,” “Mummy, I’m sorry,” and “Love you, Baddest.”

He also tagged Davido and social media influencer, Mazi Tunde Ednut, likely hoping to catch the singer’s attention.

This grand display of admiration follows Trinity Guy’s recreation of Davido’s Aye music video last year, which he released just a day after Davido’s 32nd birthday. That tribute gained online traction, but this latest move has taken his fandom to new heights.

Social media is buzzing with mixed reactions with some people praising his dedication, while others question whether the tattoos are real or just a publicity stunt.

Afrokonnect tweeted, “Davido has core fans who can do anything for him—not many celebs can brag about that.” Meanwhile, @teeicedbeautyworld took to Instagram to joke about the situation: “Hope say your fingerprint sensor and Face ID still go recognise you after all these things wey you draw for body like primary school blackboard.”

So far, Davido has yet to publicly acknowledge the gesture, but fans are eagerly awaiting his response. Whether this bold tribute earns Trinity Guy a personal shout out or an invite into Davido’s inner circle, one thing is certain—his love for the Afrobeats icon is now ultimately engraved on his skin.
