“Hello to my beautiful people of all federations. Well, this thing I have to say is short but also long. I and Annie Macaulay have been separated for a while now and currently filed for divorce. I would grant a press release soon to say my story, not because it is anyone’s right to know about my personal life; but because I love my people and I need them to know my innocence or offence. Stay blessed my people. I love you all,”  2Baba wrote in his post.

However, the post was later deleted but the popular musician released a video to confirm that the rumours were actually true.

Popular media personalities like Toke Makinwa, Vee Iye, and many more have spoken out to express their opinions on the trending issue.

“This is wrong on all levels and you should be ashamed of yourself for bringing this here. Bring it on, if you think she’s alone, let me tell you that you’ll have to fight all of us,” Toke Makinwa stated.

“A woman that married you despite having five kids from other women. She stood by you when the whole world was against you. Annie does not deserve this level of humiliation,” Says another netizen.

“2face Idibia what you did is unfair, Annie stood with you when you had nothing, how could you?,” Says RadioGad.

In all of this, the singer’s wife has remained silent and not even a word has been said from her end, allegedly she’s currently in Rehab. Other Netizens share their opinion on the trending issue while they await a press release from either party.
