SDP Governorship Candidate In Anambra Polls, Uzoh Promises To Pave Way For Infrastructure Development, Youth Empowerment

Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party in the Anambra state election holding this Saturday, Obinna Uzoh has pointed at infrastructure development as the major area that his administration will focus on if elected.

Uzoh made this disclosure during the Governorship debate organised by Prime Business Africa on Saturday (October 30).

Uzoh joined five other aspirants who were available to debate on the theme: ‘Anambra 2022: Security and Economy in Focus’.

“We are going to construct bridges, build roads, factories and carry out an unprecedented level of philanthropic activities, the governorship candidate for Social Democratic Party, Obinna Uzoh, said.

“We want the people of Anambra to be secure and have a great life” so we are going to greatly improve the security architecture of the state,” Uzoh assured.

“Our goal is to ensure that Anambra becomes and remains a Grade A state among the states of the southeast.

Uzoh further spoke on the subject of youth restiveness and plans to positively engage them.

“Youth empowerment is one of our core programs, so through our different philanthropic programs which we have been doing we will train and set them up to do the business of their choice

“Also we are looking at youth inclusiveness; we will develop a framework where the youths participate and contribute to governance,” the SDP flag bearer posited.
