In a response to concerns about Nigeria’s unstable power supply,  Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, vowed to ensure a stable electricity supply throughout the Christmas and New Year celebrations.

He emphasized the government’s dedicated efforts to fortify and enhance the nation’s power infrastructure.

In a statement released by the Federal Ministry of Power in Abuja, Adelabu stated: “Efforts are diligently underway to enhance our nation’s power supply during this festive season.”

He underscored the ministry’s commitment to improving the power infrastructure for a more reliable service.

Addressing the importance of uninterrupted power supply, particularly during celebrations, Adelabu reaffirmed, “Your comfort and enjoyment during this Yuletide season are paramount,” highlighting the ministry’s relentless efforts to achieve a stable electricity supply.

Furthermore, extending warm greetings to Christians and all Nigerians during the holiday season, the minister stressed the need for unity, urging citizens to embrace the spirit of selflessness and foster unity across religious and societal divides for the nation’s development and prosperity.

Amidst persistently fluctuating power generation in the country, the minister’s pledge seeks to instill confidence in Nigerians, promising an enhanced and more reliable power experience during this festive period.
