While he was away, there were rumours that his health had deteriorated and he may not be able to bear the rigours of campaigns which just started last week.

On Sunday, a video was tweeted of him cycling for exercise, to show that he is healthy and ready for the task ahead.

“Nigerians should expect an intelligent – ability to think and perform. Nigerians should expect that the help they need is here. The hope that is almost jittering is back.

“I’m back actively back to the country of patriotism, dedication, capacity – not the fact that Nigerian has failed. This country, this continent is the greatest of all. If it is an assurance that we need, we will definitely make a better country out of it all,” Tinubu said on his arrival.

Twenty four hours after, the APC presidential candidate in the company of his running mate, Sen. Shettima, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, and others, went to inspect the party presidential campaign office in Abuja on Friday afternoon after Jumat prayer.

Others in the delegation were Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje and Nuhu Ribadu, the pioneer Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
