Nollywood star actress Ekene Umenwa has sensationally revealed what she was told about her involvement in the Nollywood industry and how it affects her faith in Jesus Christ.

Umenwa, who has has earned her stripes as one of the most outstanding thespians revealed on her Instagram page on how she refused to compromise her faith.

“I turned to Jesus, and He told me to stay focused and not be distracted,

“Jesus: I am with You, move, they will join us, just concentrate and don’t look back, you will be distracted.

“Today, everyone now talks about Jesus and Mother Mary boldly. I am so happy that God never failed his own.

“He (Jesus) took me to the Top and made me an example so his lost sons daughters can believe Jesus Igwe.”

Umenwa was involved in similar controversial during her wedding.

The amiable star was criticised by some Nollywood buffs and fans alike for embracing gospel singer Moses Bliss during her wedding in Lagos.

Umenwa recently marked her one year wedding anniversary.

“I kept my marriage under wraps because I value my privacy,” she shared. “I wouldn’t have announced it publicly if the wedding hadn’t been imminent.”
