Update: Quadri Defends Men’s Singles ITTF African Championship Title

Nigeria Table Tennis star, Aruna Quadri on Sunday evening successfully defended his men’s singles ITTF African Championship in Tunisia.

The highest ranked African Nigeria table tennis star  in the men’s defeated Egypt’s Ahmed Seleh 4-0 ( 11-2, 12-10, 11-6, 11-6) in the final.

Aruna Quadri in the semi final edged compatriots Olajide Omotayo in a commanding 4-0 victory (12-10, 11-6, 11-9, 11-2) to advance to the final of the 2023 ITTF-Africa Senior Championships.

The Nigerian retained his ITTF African title he won last year in Algeria after a 4-3 win over Egyptian Omar Assar.
