Nigeria’s Competition Watchdog, FCCPC Fines British American Tobacco $110m Over Infringements

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has imposed a $110 million fine on British American Tobacco (BAT) and its affiliate companies over various infringements on the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, National Tobacco Control Act and sundry legal instruments.
