Nollywood Actor, Comedian Baba Suwe Is Dead At 63

Popular Yoruba actor and comedian per excellence Babatunde Omidina popularly known as Baba Suwe is dead.

The actor of great Yoruba movies like Omolasan, Maradona and Nkan Agbara died on Monday. He was aged 63.

The Yoruba thespian began his acting career in 1971 and was married to comedienne Omoladun Omidina, who died in September 2009.

Bana Suwe died of a protracted illness and a statement is to be released by the family and theTheatre Arts and Motion Picture Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) which he was a member.

On August 22, 2020, Baba Suwe had debunked rumors making the rounds that he had passed to the great beyond.
