Ighalo On Target For Al Hilal In Saudi Kings Cup

Super Eagles striker Odion Jude Ighalo on Monday evening was on the scoresheet for Saudi Arabian league champions Al Hilal in their 2-1 win against Al Nassr FC in the Saudi Arabia Kings Cup quarterfinals game.

Ighalo who netted twice against his former club last week in the Saudi Arabia League encounter for his new side, scored the equaliser for Al Hilal in the 62nd minute with his team 1-0.

Anderson Talisca had given the host early lead in the 17th minute before Ighalo restored parity.

Salem Al-Dawsari made it 2-1 on the 80th minute via spot kick for Al Hilal.

The victory handed Al Hilal the semi-final ticket.

It is Ighalo’s fourth goal in three matches in all competitions for the Saudi Arabia League champions.
