On Thursday, the Nigerian stock market capitalisation decreased to N152.26 trillion, from N154.44 trillion on Wednesday.
This represents a N2.17 trillion loss, driven by a 3,397.8 basis points decline in the all-share index (ASI), which contracted from 240,802.72 ASI to 237,404.92 ASI.
Over 691.63 million shares were exchanged in 50,025 deals, valued at N116.84 billion, compared to the 662.96 million shares traded in 51,143 deals, worth N39.97 billion.

- Legend Internet’s share value grew by N0.50 kobo, from N5.25 kobo to N5.75 kobo per share.
- NPF Microfinance Bank’s share appreciated by N0.45 kobo, to end trading at N5.35 kobo, having opened with N4.90 kobo.
- Transcorp Plc’s share ended trading at N44 per share, from N41 per share – indicating an increase of N3.
- Neimeth’s share value was up by N0.65 kobo, after closing at N9.90 kobo, from N9.25 kobo per share.

- Africa Prudential’s share price depreciated by N1.30 kobo, dwindling from N13 to N11.70 kobo per share.
- Cadbury recorded a N6.90 kobo decline in its share price to end trading at N62.10 kobo, after opening with N69.
- Tripple Gee recorded a N0.40 kobo decline in its share price to end trading at N3.60 kobo, after opening with N4 per share.
- John Holt lost N1.35 kobo in its share price, to sell at N12.25 kobo, down from N13.60 kobo per share.
- MCNichols reported a decline of N0.70 kobo, from the previous share price of N7.50 kobo, to end trading at N6.80 kobo per share.

- Access Holdings recorded 109.64 million shares valued at N2.53 billion.
- Dangote Cement saw investors trade 71.47 million of its shares valued at N83.39 billion.
- Japaul Gold recorded 25.95 million shares exchanged on its floor, worth N83.61 million.
- FCMB reported that traders exchanged 25.88 million shares valued at N285.86 million.
