PSG had left Mbappe out of their pre season trip and tranfer-listed the France international of Cameroon descent.

With Mbappe’s refusal to extend his contract beyond 2024, elite clubs in Europe would be reluctant to slsh out the sin of £250m which the Parisiens are demanding.

The 2018 World Cup winner has reportedly agreed a pre contract with Real Madrid who are keen to have him in their ranks especially following the departure of Karim Benzema to the Saudi league.

Transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, put out a tweet on Monday saying: “While the staggering bid from Al-Hilal might be tempting, it remains uncertain if Mbappe will accept a move to Asia and leave Europe’s footballing elite behind.”

Paris Saint-Germain could be hoping to sell the wantaway Mbappé and reinvest in their squad with the acquisition of Nigeria international, Victor Osimhen.

Mbappe’s face off with his French side is being investigated by the Professional Players Union in France who have accused PSG of bullying the forward.
