Victor EzejaInformation reaching Prime Business Africa on Friday night indicates that Apostle Johnson Suleman and his convoy carrying some members of his family were attacked by heavily armed gunmen.
Apostle Suleman is a Nigerian televangelist and the general overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries International. The church has its headquarters in Auchi, Edo State.
The incident happened at the River Orle area of Warrake Road in Auchi, Edo State today, Friday, October 21, 2022.
Prime Business Africa also gathered that at least four of his security escorts and one family member was short and killed.
Apostle Suleman is said to have escaped in his bullet-proof car with a few members of his family.
Suleman’s car is said to be a bullet-proof Lexus SUV.

Details regarding the attack remains sketchy at the time of filing this report.
PBA also sighted a video apparently taken from the scene of the attack which showed at least five bodies lying in pool of blood. At least two uniformed policemen who were short by the gunmen were seen lying lifeless on the roadside.
A body of a middle-aged lady was also seen in one of the cars soaked in her blood.

The late Friday attack on Apostle Suleman’s convoy is similar to the attack on Senator Ifeanyi Ubah’s in Anambra State barely two months ago. The politician escaped in his bullet-proof car but many of his police and personal aides were shot dead.
