Osimhen Shines For Napoli In Win Versus Verona, Celebrates ‘Crying’ In Front Of Camera

Nigeria international Victor Osimhen stole the headlines Munday evening with his performance against Hellas Verona in Napoli’s flrst Serie A match of this season which they won 5-2 reports Prime Business Africa.

However there was another subplot to the game with the Super Eagles star’s ‘crying celebration’ on the evening.

Kevin Lasagna gave Verona the lead with close to an hour played but Kvicha Kvarashkhelia restored parity for Napoli in the 37th minute. Victor Osimhen then made it 3-1 before the break.

Thomas Henry equalised for Verona in the 48th minute and put additional pressure on Napoli. Piotr Zielinski scored Napoli’s third of the night before Stanislav Lobotka made it four.

Osimhen assisted Matteo Politano for the last of the night to complete a perfect game before being substituted in the 83rd minute for Adam Ounas.
