Nigeria Draws Libya In Beach Soccer AFCON Qualifiers

Nigeria’s Beach soccer national team, the Super Sand Eagles has been drawn against Libya in the qualifying matches for the 2022 Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations reports Prime Business Africa.

Nigeria’s Beach soccer team will be making a return to Beach soccer after missing out on the last edition Africa Cup of Nations.

The draws for the qualification campaign of the Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations was conducted at the CAF general headquarters in Cairo, Egypt on Friday, June 24.

The first legs of the qualifiers across Africa will be held between July 22 and 24 while the return legs comes up between August 5 and 7, 2022.

Africa Beach soccer champions Senegal will face off against Cameroon while Ghana will play Egypt.

Another big fixtures on paper is the clashes between Cote d’Ivoire and Morocco.
