UNTH Inaugurates Foundation Board Of Trustees

The management of University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, (UNTH), Ituku/Ozala is set to inaugurate the foundation board of trustees of the institution on Thursday (today) March 3, 2022.

The event which will take place at the administrative quadrangle of the teaching hospital, will formally start by 12 noon.

According to a statement in an invitation for the event signed by Suleiman Umar, Chairman, UNTH Management Board and Prof. Obinna Onodugo, Chief  Medical Director, “The UNTH Foundation comprises eminent Nigerians who will drive the UNTH project to facilitate a more robust and effective caregiving hospital that will serve our people better.”

11.00am – 11.30am
UNTH staff take their seats.

11.30am – 12noon Arrival of guests.

12noon – 12.05pm – National Anthem.

12.05pm – 12.10pm- Opening prayer.

12.10pm – 12.20pm – Special Introductions.

12.20pm – 12.30pm Presentation/Breaking of kolanuts.

12.30pm – 12.35pm Opening remarks by the Chairman of UNTH Management Board, Suleiman Umar, mni.

12.35pm – 1.00pm Welcome address/State of the UNTH by the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Obinna Onodugo.

1.00pm – 1.20pm Official presentation of members of the Board of Trustees of UNTH Foundation.

1.20pm – 1.30pm Cultural dance by the Enugu cultural troupe.

1.30pm – 1.35pm Inauguration of the Board of Trustees.

1.35pm – 1.45pm Response by the Chairman, Board of Trustees of UNTH Foundation, His Excellency, Sullivan I. Chime CON.

1.45pm – 1.55pm Refreshment/few remarks.

1.55pm – 2.00pm Vote of thanks.

2.00pm – 2.05pm Closing prayer.

2.05pm – 2.10pm Group photo.
