Transfer Update: Osimhen Arrives Nigeria For Holidays, Al Hilal Awaits Player’s Nod

Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, who won the Turkish Super Lig with on-loan side Galatasaray, has arrived Nigeria for holidays amid interest from Saudi Pro League giants Al Hilal.

Al Hilal are hopeful that they can get their target ahead of the 2025 Club World Cup in the USA.

Al Hilal have reached a full agreement with the Nigerian on personal terms according to ace transfer journalist, Fabrizio DiMarzio.

The Italian journalist reports in his column for Caughtoffside, that there are only €5 million difference in valuation between Al Hilal and Serie A champions Napoli.

Osimhen, who donated the sum of N10 million to fellow Nigerian international, Stanley Nwabali, who is today (Saturday) in Rivers State, conducting the funerals of his parents, had a running battle with Napoli which necessitated the transfer of the 2023 African Footballer of the Year to Galatasaray.

There was a break-out clause in the loan spell at Galatasaray but the Turkish club were able to keep the striker.
