As if toeing government recent policies that has seen increases of virtually everything from taxes to fuel pump price to tariffs among other things, the 33-year-old, who recently came back into the country after spending some weeks abroad, told his regular clients that it is no longer business as usual.

Known for his flamboyant life style and love for expensive jewelry, Bobrisky lined up a new set of rules for those who can’t do without him.
In his post on Instagram, he stated that any meet up with him would require a minimum fee of $200,000 and must take place in a suite at upscale hotels like Eko Hotel or The Wheatbaker in Lagos.
He reminded his clients to get prepared with protection, stating that no-kissing rule, citing concerns about hygiene among some Lagos men.
He said: “All my sugar daddies in Nigeria, ur baby is back. If you wanna hook up with mummy is $200k. Eko hotel or the wheatbaker and it must be a suite. Pls don’t forget to come with CONDOM. No kissing pls, cos many of you of Lagos men don’t brush.”
Bobrisky’s post further brings to the fore the irony of life and different strokes for different fellows.
At a time when many are lamenting over biting economy, some are investing heavily on life of debauchery. Only recently, a survey revealed that Lagos men spent a whooping N661bn on sex workers in 2024. The survey shared by X user Kayode MO (@kayomosebi), revealed that “Of the N661 billion, the sum of N329 billion was paid to hire the girls, while N332 billion was spent on other associated costs.
The study aimed at quantifying the economic impact of commercial sex work, its market value, and the key players involved further revealed that out of the 3.1 million sexually active men aged 20 to 69 across 20 local government areas in Lagos, a substantial 1.86 million engaged in transactional sex with non-partners. The average rate charged by sex workers was N36,750, with the lowest rate being N20,000.

Eti-Osa Local Government area emerged as the location with the highest prices, with transactional sex reaching up to N100,000.
This area, home to affluent neighbourhoods like Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Lekki, is known for its concentration of wealth and business activity. Surulere, Kosofe, Alimosho, and Oshodi-Isolo followed Eti-Osa in terms of expensive transactional sex.
Beyond the direct payments to sex workers, Lagos men spent N332 billion on associated costs. “Entertainment, food and hospitality” accounted for a combined N150.6 billion.
“Gifts, ranging from souvenirs and other simple consumables from ‘loyal’ and repeat customers to expense-paid trips, vacations, cars, and luxury items in the more premium segments, represented the top single category of these other costs,” the survey explained.
Furthermore, “drugs, sexual enhancers, stimulators and sex accessories also enjoyed a combined N33.4 billion in the time period,” the report concluded.
While the report focused mainly on relationship involving men and women, there are insinuations that those who prefer same sex syndicate may indeed be spending more in the cause of satisfying their desires.
