Pan-Atlantic University VC Unveils Book On Business Ethics

Vice Chancellor of Pan-Atlantic University, Professor Juan Manuel Elegido, is set to unveil his latest masterpiece titled, “Fundamentals of Business Ethics: A Developing Country Perspective (Second Edition).”

According to a statement from the school management, the book will be presented at an exclusive Panel Discussion event hosted by Pan-Atlantic University Press on Thursday, 23 May 2024.

Elegido, a renowned scholar and Professor of Business Ethics, who was born in Madrid, Spain in 1952, has been an expert in the field of business ethics.

The statement said: “As one of the founding staff members of Lagos Business School in 1991 and former Dean of the School from 2005 to 2009, Professor Elegido’s contributions to academia and the corporate world are unparalleled. With six books to his credit and numerous articles published in prestigious academic and professional journals, Professor Elegido has established himself as a leading authority in the field of business ethics.

“He has been consistently recognised as one of the top 10 most highly cited scholars worldwide in the Social Science Research Network.”

The the statement added that the unveiling of the will take place at the IMRC Auditorium, Lagos Business School, starting at 10 am WAT. This event promises to be an enlightening experience, featuring a distinguished panel of experts who will engage in a thought-provoking discussion on the importance of business ethics in today’s evolving landscape.

Joining Professor Elegido on the panel are esteemed scholars and practitioners including Professor Fabian Ajogwu, SAN, Professor Uchenna Uzo; and Dr Adaora Onaga,

The statement added that the panel discussion will be moderated by Dr Nwachukwu Egbunike, Head of Pan-Atlantic University Press, ensuring a dynamic and insightful conversation that focuses on the complexities of ethical decision-making in business.
