The Advanced Passenger Information (API)/ Passenger Name Record(PNR) System together with an e-gate technology has being deployed and this would help to reduce clearance time at the airports.

A statement signed by the NIS Public Relations Officer, KT Udo, said the ministers who were hosted by the Comptroller General of the Nigerian Immigration Service, Kemi Nanna Nandap, were impressed by the technology and level of work carried out at the centre.
