T.I, Wife Sued For Alleged S3xual Assault

Renowned hip-hop power couple T.I. and Tiny, also known as Clifford Harris and Tameka Harris, are facing another legal storm as a woman, identified as Jane Doe, steps forward with unsettling allegations of s3xual assault dating back to 2005.

The unfolding legal saga, revealed through documents obtained by TMZ, portrays a disturbing narrative of events that allegedly occurred in a Los Angeles hotel room.

Jane Doe, a former Air Force member stationed in Los Angeles during the specified timeframe, claims to have crossed paths with T.I. and Tiny through an individual named Caviar, who presented himself as an associate of the celebrity duo. The alleged victim recounts her initial encounter with Caviar at a party hosted at Coolio’s home.

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe later met T.I. and Tiny at an LA nightclub the following night, joining them in their VIP section. The plaintiff contends that Tiny handed her a third drink, asserting she never saw Tiny consume her own. Jane Doe shared the drink with a friend accompanying her at the club.

The situation escalated when Jane Doe, her friend, and two other women found themselves in T.I. and Tiny’s hotel room. The lawsuit states that the two additional women were asked to leave, leaving Jane Doe alone in the room with the celebrity couple.

Disturbing allegations follow, including claims of a shared shower and an incident where T.I. allegedly penetrated her with his toe.

Jane Doe describes feeling lightheaded and dizzy during these events, eventually passing out. The lawsuit provides a harrowing account of the alleged assault, painting a concerning picture of the events that transpired that night in 2005.

As legal proceedings unfold, T.I. and Tiny have yet to publicly respond to these specific allegations
