In 2021, he replicated this achievement during his ‘Made In Lagos’ Tour, selling out the O2 Arena in less than 10 minutes of public sale, further solidifying his global impact.

The ‘Unavailable’ hitmaker’s second sold-out performance featured stellar guest appearances from Adekunle Gold, Mayorkun, Patoranking, and others. In January 2024, Davido’s ‘Davido Invasion’ (Timeless Edition) at the O2 Arena once again achieved a sold-out status. Making it the third time he sold out the arena.

Nigerian Afrobeat sensation, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, fixed his name in the history books on Tuesday, November, 14 by becoming the youngest Nigerian artist to headline a sold-out concert at the iconic O2 Arena in London.

Rema’s performance at the Arena is a testament to the prowess of the 23-year-old ‘Calm Down’ hitmaker, who recently performed at the Ballon D’or ceremony in France. His concert also featured guest performances from artists such as Kcee, Ayra Starr, Crayon, among others.

Asake (2023)

Nigerian sensational singer under the YBNL record label, Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, had a sold-out show at the Arena on August 20, 2023.

His performance was so electrifying as he arrived at the event in Helicopter. The show also featured guest performances from Olamide, Tiwa Savage, Fireboy, and Fridayy, among others. It is also worthy of note that he arrived at the venue in a helicopter, a development that elicited different reactions on social media.

Burna Boy (2021)

Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy, had his sold-out show at the Arena on August 27, 2021. The African Giant as he is fondly called achieved the feat during his ‘Space Drift Arena Tour.’

The ‘Last last’ crooner, who is known for his unique music style, kept the event’s theme alive by making a dramatic entrance in a ‘Spaceship’. He also wore a white NASA jacket and boots, with a red outfit inside.

Tiwa Savage (2018)

Tiwa Savage, a renowned Nigerian singer and songwriter, solidified her place in this prestigious lineup by achieving a sold-out show at the O2 Arena in 2018. As the first Nigerian female artist to headline her major UK concert at the 3,000 capacity Indigo at the O2 Arena, she labelled the event “The Savage Tour,” a fitting tribute to her trailblazing career.
