Nollywood superstar actor Zack Orji has paid glowing tribute to a senior colleague, Pete Edochie on the occasion of his 75th birthday on Monday reports Prime Business Africa.

Legendary actor Edochie who was a former broadcaster with the old Anambra Broadcasting Service, Enugu and the British Broadcasting Corporation (English and Hausa service) has acted in hordes of Nigerian movies and shared same sets with Orji in many Igbo and English movies.

Both stars have featured together in movies like Evil Men, Royal Reincarnation, Kingdom Of Calamities, Sacred Warriors etc.

Taking to his Facebook page on Monday, Orji heaped plaudits on the Nteje, Anambra state – born celebrant and called on fans to pray for long life for him.

“EBUBEDIKE is 75 today.🔥,” Orji said hailing the Nteje high chief.

“If he’s made all of us happy over the years and still doing more, please let’s pray to God to keep him strong in good health for many more years to come.

“Happy birthday to you, a Big brother and a senior professional colleague.💪❤️🙏,” Orji wrote.

The number 7 is a lucky one for the Edochie family as the youngest child of the family and another Nollywood star actor Yul Edochie marked his 40th birthday on January 7 this year.

Born in Gabon to parents from Enugu state, Zack Orji himself marked his 62nd birthday on 5th February 2022.

Orji could not give a hint of the most memorable movie both thespians have worked in when Prime Business Africa had a conversation with him attributing that all the movies were unique in their own rights.
