Yuletide: Aero Contractors Slashes Airfares For Travellers

As 2024 Yuletide season sets in, Aero Contractors, a Nigerian airline, has slashed the cost of its flights to all locations within the country.

The domestic carrier said each trip’s ticket to all destinations has been reduced to N80,000.

The managing director of Aero Contractors, Ado Sanusi, announced this at a press conference on Tuesday in Lagos.

Sanusi said ticket price slash will cover the festive season and end in January 2025.

The Aero Contractors MD said the gesture is to help in reducing the financial burden on travelers this holiday season as the company understands that Nigerians are facing economic hardship.

“In the spirit of Christmas, Aero Contractors has introduced what we call pocket-friendly Christmas prices. These fares, starting at N80,000, will apply to all our destinations, allowing Nigerians to travel without excessive costs,” Sanusi stated.

He said it is a way of giving back to its customers, adding that Aero Contractors will continue to be profitable even with the price cut since it considered the state of the present economy.

Prime Business Africa reports that a flight from Lagos to Abuja currently costs between N96,000 and N170,000.
