Nigeria’s under 18 girls handball team got their second victory at the IHF Women’s Trophy Africa Continental Phase ongoing in Abidjan, Ivory Coast after they inflicted a humiliating 54-17 victory over Madagascar on Wednesday.

The girls under the tutelage of coach Shittu Adewunmi Agboola, were determined to take the bull by the horn after their struggled win over Guinea on day 1 of the competition and they set out quite early to make the contest a mismatch, leading in the first half by a massive 23-8.
