Wizkid Returns To Stage After ‘Love Live Lagos’ Documentary Premiere

Afrobeats sensation Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun (Wizkid) has made a remarkable return to the stage for another mind-blowing concert in prospect after the successful premiere of the documentary: ‘Love Live Lagos’ that highlights his rise from rags to riches.

Wizkid performed st a should out concert at the Hollywood Bowl as he performed nod classic records including songs from his latest work ‘Morayo’.

The rendition of his hit songs was followed by an orchestra which kept the fans wowed and calling for more.

Along with Wizkid was also Afrobeats star, Asake with whom he performed their collaboration ‘MMS’.

Among the roll call of celebrities interviewed in the documentary include five-time Grammy-nominated Afrobeats icon and son of the legendary Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, Femi Kuti, Wizkid’s manager and partner Jada Pollock, his long-term manager Sunday Are, Julia Adenuga, and Seni Saraki.

The enchanting documentary means that Wizkid joins an elite list of Nigerian artistes to have had a documentary/films that captured their illustrious careers.

Wizkid had in recent times cancelled several of his anticipated tour dates.

The music sensation have had guest appearances in most of his songs featuring the likes of Ayra Starr and Olamide.
