US Election: Muslim Leaders Endorse Trump, Citing Peace, Immigration Policies

In a notable political turn, an influential group of Muslim leaders from Michigan has thrown its support behind former President Donald Trump for the 2024 presidential election.

Announced at a rally on Saturday, this endorsement underscores their trust in Trump’s promises to address global conflicts and regulate immigration policies effectively.

“Trump Can Bring Peace,” Says Local Imam

Addressing the crowd, Imam Belal Alzuhairi spoke about the group’s reasons for backing Trump, highlighting the urgent need for peace on a global scale. “The bloodshed has to stop all over the world, and I think that this man can make it happen,” Alzuhairi stated, as the crowd responded with applause. For these leaders, his approach to international conflict and domestic issues positions him as a favourable candidate.

Alzuhairi elaborated on Trump’s commitment to peace, stressing that recent global conflicts have caused immense suffering. “We need a leader who can work toward stopping wars, not igniting them. That is why we are endorsing Trump,” he said.
