Tottenham Hotspur Signs Genoa Defender Dragusin Until 2030

The Romania international has 13 senior caps to his name and started all 22 of Serie A side Genoa’s matches this season. He comes in as a direct replacement for Eric Dier who same evening signed for Bayer Munich.

Dragusin was Bayern’s first-choice defender this month but the Romania international chose the north London side over the German Bundesliga champions.

Spurs defender Djed Spence joined Genoa on loan for the rest of the season as part of the deal.

Dragusin’s contract keeps him with Tottenham until the summer of 2030.

He began his career at Juventus and spent time on loan with Genoa before making a permanent move last summer. His defensive statistics was one of the best in the Serie A last season.
