Tinubu Begins First Official Foreign Trip With France On Tuesday

Tinubu Writes NASS, Seeks Approval For N500bn Subsidy Removal Palliatives 

President Bola Tinubu will, on Tuesday, embark on his first official foreign trip to France, according to a statement made available on Monday.

The President, alongside other world leaders, is expected to sign a New Global Financial Pact in Paris.

President Tinubu, will have on his entourage members of the Presidential Policy Advisory Council.

A statement by his Special Adviser on Special Duties, Communication and Strategy, Mr. Dele Alake, said the new financial pact to be signed at the event will be favourable to vulnerable countries.

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Thursday, June 22, join world leaders in Paris, France, to review and sign a New Global Financial Pact that places vulnerable countries on priority list for support and investment, following the devastating impact of climate change, energy crisis and after-effect of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
