Chelsea Sign Sarr From Strasbourg For £12m
Chelsea on Monday confirmed the signing of Mamadou Sarr from their partner club Strasbourg. Multiple sources in the English press report that the 19-year-old Frenchman of African descent will be eligible to play at the FIFA Club World Cup in the USA.
