Stock Market: SOVRENINS, FTNCOCOA Top Equities Gainers Chart

SOVRENINS and FTNCOCOA ended as top two gainers of equities on the Nigerian Exchange Group NGX, on Thursday July 15, 2021.

To top the chart today, SOVRENINS closed with N0.33 as against N0.30 on Wednesday, gaining N0.03 which was a change of 10.0%, while FTNCOCOA came second on the gainers chart by closing the day with N0.45 as against N0.41 on Wednesday, gaining N0.04 which is a change of 9.76%.

Occupying the top ten of equities gainers chart alongside SOVRENINS and FTNCOCOA include CWG, AIICO, REDSTAREX, OANDO, VERITASKAP, TRANSCORP, ABCTRANS, and Fidelity BK.

On the equities losers chart, IKEJAHOTEL and UPDC were the leading companies. While IKEJAHOTEL closed the day N1.27 as against N1.40 on Wednesday, resulting in a loss of -N0.13 which is a change of -9.29% to come top, UPDC closed the day with N1.30 as against N1.79 (1.43) on Wednesday, losing -N0.13 and reflecting a change of -9.09%.

Others in the top ten of poor equities losers chart include WAPIC, UPL, UNITYBNK, CHIIPLC, COURTVILLE, NB, VITAFOAM and MBENEFIT.

There were no ETF gainers for this period.
