Carlo Ancelotti led Real Madrid on Saturday evening to their 35th La Liga title with four games to spare in the 2021-2022 campaign for the first time after 32 years following their 4-0 win against a hapless Espanyol at the Santiago Bernabeu.

The title triumph means that Ancelotti has won all domestic competitions in Europe’s five major leagues namely Spain, England, Italy, Germany and France.

The 13-time European champions lost only two games all season and are still in the race for the UEFA Champions League title this season despite a narrow 4-3 defeat against Manchester City on Tuesday in the first leg of their semifinals clashes.
