Real Madrid Offers PSG €200m For Mbappe

June 25, 2023
Real Madrid could be on the verge of signing Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe after their efforts to sign the France international of Cameroon descent last year proved abortive.
PSG were adamant that they will not sell their priceless jewel to Los Merengues last summer with France President Emmanuel Macron reportedly interfering in the situation which prompted Mbappe to extend his contract on a £1m weekly wages.
However with the contract coming to an end in 2024, Mbappe has reiterated that he is not ready to sign a new deal with the Parisiens.
That irked the decision makers at PSG who have vowed to sell the superstar rather than losing for nothing.
With the summer transfer window now fully open across Europe, a report on Sunday in the Spanish media indicate that Madrid have offered PSG the sum of €200m + €20m in bonuses to be paid iover a period of four years.
According to the report, Mbappé hopes that the agreement will be signed in July and that he will not have to show up for PSG’s pre-season that begins on July 15th.
Kylian Mbappe’s mother, it has been revealed, had spoken for months in secret with Real Madrid and is now negotiating with the emir of Qatar to complete thing as soon as possible.
Mbappe’s loyalty bonus is a matter that PSG would be keen to get sorted.
Mbappé would sign for six years in which he will earn €32m salary + 65% of the image and advertising rights.
The negotiations is likely to be concluded in two weeks time as Madrid themselves prepare for their pre season commitments.
