The event which starts at 5:00 PM, will be held at Harbour Point, 4 Wilmot Point Road, Victoria lsland, Lagos.

Senator Okonkwo, who hails from Iruebenebe village, Ojoto in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, died on 7 June 2023 at the age of 63 in the United States.

Okonkwo mogul represented Anambra Central Senatorial District from 2007 to 2011 under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

His burial has been scheduled for Wednesday 30 August 2023.
