Emmanuel OchayiPatricia Technologies has expressed shock and disappointment over DLM Trust Company’s abrupt decision to unilaterally terminate their partnership without prior notice.
The abrupt separation has left many in the business community bewildered, with Patricia Technologies challenging the allegations made by DLM Trust.
The partnership, which had been in the works for several weeks, involved in-depth discussions and negotiations between the leadership of both organizations, including Mr. Kehinde Lawal of DLM Group and Mrs. Lola Rasaq, the CEO of DLM Trust Company.
Following the agreement, Patricia Technologies diligently fulfilled its financial commitments to consummate the partnership, including the transfer of funds to DLM Trustees.

The termination, announced publicly by DLM Trustees, has raised questions about the grounds on which the decision was made, as no specific breach of partnership terms and conditions was provided in the public statement. Patricia Technologies categorically rejected this claim and challenged DLM Trustees to substantiate their allegations.
In response to the turn of events, Hanu Fejiro, CEO, and Founder of Patricia Technologies, stated, “We believe this accusation is baseless, and we might be taking legal action to seek restitution for setbacks and damages incurred as a result of this attempt at defamation if DLM Trust fails to validate their claim.”
Despite the unexpected partnership termination, Patricia Technologies assured its depositors and stakeholders that the repayment plan initiated with DLM Trustees a few days ago would proceed as scheduled.
Payments to customers are set to begin on November 20, 2023. This move is aimed at demonstrating the organization’s resilience and commitment to its customers, according to the company’s CEO.
To their esteemed customers, Patricia Technologies expressed their continued dedication, stating, “We wish to assure you that notwithstanding this regrettable development, all scheduled payments will proceed, starting from the 20th as initially planned. This is another opportunity to show that not only are we resilient as an organization, but our commitment to you also remains steadfast.”
