Osinachi’s Death: Ooni’s Wife Warns Women Against Toxic Relationships

Knowing when to take an honourable walk out of a toxic relationship is what women should be aware of, according to the wife of the Ooni of Ife, Olori Naomi Ogunwusi.

The royal mother made the assertion in her Instagram post on Monday in reaction to the sad death of gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu who was a victim of domestic abuse from her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.

The ‘Ekwueme’ singer whose songs held listeners spellbound died from complications from a kick to the chest by her wife-beating wife as revealed by the family of the late singer.

”Woman, thou art loosed! (Luke 13:12). You have a right to say no.It is your right to be tired. You can put your hands in the air,

Cry for help if you have to; Say no even if the world can’t reason with you,” her royal Majesty stated.

“Because, in the grave they still will not. Don’t wait untill death comes in anticipation for a pity party.

Death is the end of hope. Are you hoping he would come to love you and respect you, stop mentally, emotionally and physically abusing you? If you die, that’s where hope ends.”

The Ooni’s wife who herself had a public tiff with the royal highness Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi which threatened their union few months ago warned that women should speak out when in dire straits rather than believing that they will come through.

“Call for help, nobody is a saint. We are all work in progress.

Are you a perfectionist and you want the world to keep seeing the perfect side of you? Stop playing God.

Let God be God and man be man,” the Ooni’s wife who is a Prophetess admonished.

“Accept that it can’t work, if it won’t work .We always know it when it can’t. Finally, quit seeking validation.

May the soul of the departed rest in peace. Her song ministered to me a lot of times and even now i say Ekwueme!!!!!!!

Rest my lady,” Olori Ogunwusi concluded.
