Former Super Eagles midfielder, Seyi Olofinjana has tipped Manchester United to defeat Premier League leaders Arsenal in today’s top of the table clash at the Emirates stadium.
Arsenal is atop the log with 47 points with a game in hand while United are chasing the Gunners and Manchester rivals, City, who could close the gap today should they win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Ahead of the game this evening which kicks off at 5.30 pm Nigerian time, Olofinjana believes Mikel Arteta’s side will buckle under the pressure from United.
“Arsenal have made the Emirates a fortress this season. They have been playing very well. But the spoilers (Manchester United) are in town.
“Whenever Arsenal seem to be doing well, United always stand in their way.
“Arsenal are always good starters. But in the second part of the season, they always seem to falter and take cover. So I believe Man United will win away. United will win 2-1,” Olofinjana predicted.

The former Stoke City and Wolverhampton Wanderers star is a graduate of chemical engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
Olofinjana worked as the Loans Pathway Manager at Wolverhampton Wanderers where he was in charge of the academy players and those that went on loans.
The Nigerian later bagged a Master’s degree in Sports Directorship Programme at the Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.
Arsenal could have in their starting lineup, a new signing from Brighton, Leandro Trossard, while United will check on the fitness of Anthony Martial with the on-loan striker, Wout Whoghourst likely to drop to the substitute bench.
United will be without the suspended Brazilian midfielder, Casemiro, who picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace on Wednesday.
