The Nigerian Exchange (NGX), also known as the stock market, closed with N113,49 trillion capitalisation on Tuesday, February 10, compared to the N111.65 trillion recorded on Monday, February 9.
According to the NGX data, the market capitalisation had increased by N1.83 billion after the all-share index (ASI) expanded 2,863.2 basis points.

The trading floor recorded 1.30 billion shares in 58,965 deals, valued at N50.42 billion, exceeding the 775.17 million shares exchanged in 65,960 deals, worth N27.91 billion, on Monday.
Top five gainers
- FGSUK2033S6’s share price increased by N27.99 kobo to rise from N120 to N147.99 kobo per share.
- Omatek’s share value grew by N0.29 kobo, from N2.90 kobo to N3.19 kobo per share.
- Deap Capital ended trading at N8.25 kobo per share, from N7.50 kobo per share – indicating an increase of N0.75 kobo.
- ETranzact’s share appreciated by N1.85 kobo to end trading at N20.35 kobo, having opened with N18.50 kobo.
- John Holt’s share value was up by N0.80 kobo, after closing at N8.80 kobo from N8 per share.

- Abbey Mortgage Bank’s share price depreciated by N1.35 kobo, dwindling from N13.75 kobo to N12.40 kobo per share.
- Skyway Aviation recorded a N14.95 kobo decline in its share price to end trading at N150 after opening with N164.95 kobo per share.
- Guinea Insurance lost N0.11 kobo in its share price after trading hours, to sell at N1.54 kobo from N1.65 kobo per share.
- Consolidated Hallmark recorded a N0.32 kobo decline in its share price to end trading at N4.50 kobo after opening with N4.82 kobo per share.
- Livestock reported a decline of N0.45 kobo from the previous day’s share price of N7.10 kobo to end trading at N6.65 kobo per share.

- Access Holdings recorded 135.53 million shares valued at N3.24 billion.
- Veritas Kapital saw investors trade 67.29 million of its shares valued at N149.65 million.
- Tantalizer recorded 54.73 million shares exchanged on its floor, worth N289.81 million.
- Zenith Bank reported that traders exchanged 52.08 million shares valued at N3.95 billion.
