The market capitalisation decreased from the N130.02 trillion recorded on Tuesday, March 17.

At the end of trading, over 6.06 billion shares changed hands in 58,562 deals, valued at N130.05 billion, compared to the 1.75 billion shares, valued at N88.09 billion, traded in 62,654 deals the day before.
Top five gainers
- NSLTECH’s share price increased by N0.12 kobo to rise from N1.20 kobo to N1.32 kobo per share.
- Guinness’ share value grew by N38.20 kobo, from N385 to N423.20 kobo per share.
- Johnholt ended trading at N11.85 kobo per share, from N10.80 kobo per share – indicating an increase of N1.05.
- Sovereign Insurance’s share appreciated by N0.18 kobo to end trading at N2.06, having opened with N1.88 kobo.
- Linkage Assurance’s share value was up by N0.14 kobo, after closing at N1.64 kobo from N1.50 kobo per share.

- Redstar’s share price depreciated by N2.85 kobo, dwindling from N28.55 kobo to N25.70 per share.
- Aradel recorded a N129.70 kobo decline in its share price to end trading at N1,210.30 kobo after opening with N1,340 per share.
- Presco recorded a N174.50 kobo decline in its share price to end trading at N1,701.10 kobo after opening with N1,875.60 kobo per share.
- LivingTrust lost N0.44 kobo in its share price after trading hours, to sell at N4.80 kobo from N5.24 kobo per share.
- DAAR Communications reported a decline of N0.15 kobo from the previous share price of N2 to end trading at N1.85 kobo per share.

- Etransact reported that 5.17 billion shares valued at N24.28 billion were traded on its floor.
- Wema Bank recorded 111.39 million shares valued at N3.07 billion.
- WAPIC saw investors trade 96.41 million of its shares valued at N30.38 million.
- Dangote Cement recorded 75.23 million shares exchanged on its floor, worth N56.47 billion.
- Access Holdings reported that traders exchanged 61.44 million shares valued at N1.59 billion.
