NFF Appoints Big Brother Naija’s Ozo Super Falcons’ Ambassador

Big Brother Naija Housemate in Season 5 of the reality show Ozoemena Chukwu has been unveiled by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) as the Team Ambassador of Nigeria’s women’s football national team, the Super Falcons ahead of the 2022 CAF Africa Women’s Cup of Nations in Morocco reports Prime Business Africa.

Ozoemena is a passionate football enthusiast and currently curates sports shows on television and radio.

Ozoemena simply known as ‘Ozo’ whilst in the Big Brother Naija house undertook a UEFA course in football administration before the show produced by Multichoice and has repeatedly stated that he aspires to be the President of the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA).

Ozoemena relished in snapping pictures with the Super Falcons players who on Tuesday arrived in Morocco ahead of the AWCON.

Nigeria will begin their campaign at the 2022 AWCON with a testy clash with South Africa  on Monday, July 4.

Super Falcons are one of the challengers for the title with the South African government promising 10m Rands to the team should they dethrone African queens Nigeria.

Nigeria are nine-time champions of the tournament from 11 editions.

The Africa Women’s Cup of Nations serves as qualifiers to the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in New Zealand and Australia with four African countries (semifinalists) representing the continent.
