Lookman Grabs Seventh EPL Goal In Win Against Crystal Palace

Leicester City defeated Crystal Palace 2-1 Sunday afternoon at the King Power Stadium to climb to 9th place in the English Premier League with Nigeria international Ademola Lookman on the scoresheet.

Lookman who made his Nigeria debut in the 1-1 draw against Ghana in the 2022 FIFA World Cup playoff last month grabbed his seventh goal of the season with a fantastic finish.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall who set up the goal for Lookman them made it 2-0 with a great finish, a powerful finish that saw the ball nestle to the top left corner just neflre the break.

In the second half, Wilfried Zaha spurned two good chances from the penalty spot but was a third time lucky in the 65th minute when he headed the ball past Kasper Schmeichel to half the deficit.

Kelechi Iheanacho was introduced with 13 minutes left to play in place of Patson Daka who went off injured but he could not add his name to the goalscoring chart before full time.

Aside mainstream media and the entertainment industry, he has interests in scouting/unearthing of talents in the sports and creative sectors, exports business and property development.
