Iwobi, Eze, Olise Edozie Start; Aribo, Ndidi, Iheanacho Missing In Clubs’ Lineups

Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi is named in Everton’s lineup in their 4pm kick off game against Wolverhapton Wanderers at Goodison Park as the English Premier League returns on Boxing day,reports Prime Business Africa.

Iwobi has been a consistent and productive performer for the Toffees this season and has created several goal scoring chances which puts him on joint fourth with the likes of Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Jesus and Cristian Eriksen for chances created.

The Nigerian has scored just once in 15 league games this season.

The duo of Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise are starting in Crystal Palace’s home game against Fulham that did not parade Tosin Adarabioyo.

As was the case before the World Cup break, Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho did not get on the starting line up for Leicester City as they welcome Newcastle United.

Both are named on the substitute bench today.

Anglo-Nigerian youngster Sam Edozie is starting for Southampton at Saint Mary’s against Brighton and Hoves Albion but Joe Aribo does not get on the starting lineup.

He has been named on the bench.
