Cameroon’s women senior national team, the Indomitable Lionesses, are expected to arrive Nigeria Friday evening ahead of double-header friendlies against Nigeria’s Super Falcons.
Prime Business Africa gathered from the team’s travelling itenary that the delegation from Cameroon will land at the Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos from Douala via Cameroon Airlines.

The Falcons have set up a camp site at Ijebu-Ode since Monday in anticipation of the coming of their archrivals.
The first leg of the friendly series will take place at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne-Remo on Saturday, May 31.
The return leg will hold next week Tuesday, June 3 at the recently refurbished MKO Abiola Stadium, Abeokuta.
The friendly matches between two of the most storied women’s teams in the African continent serve as preparations for the 2025 CAF Africa Women’s Cup of Nations in Morocco.

A total of 25 Super Falcons players had been invited by the coaching crew ahead of the friendlies.
The Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco was scheduled to hold last year but had to be postponed as the Confederation of African Football (CAF) re-awarded the hosting rights to Morocco.
Nigeria are eleven-time African champions, losing their crown to South Africa at the last tournament.
“Our objectives for these two matches include improving our game philosophy and tactical approach,” Super Falcons head coach Justin Madugu told the media.
“We want to observe and assess the players in line with our philosophy. We are determined to improve the team’s coordination, team spirit and mentality towards winning the Women AFCON.”
“Yes, these are friendly matches,” he said, “but we must approach things with the right mentality, with the attitude that we want to win, and with the mindset that we are already at the championship.
“It will not be right for us to treat the games with kid gloves and earn results that will have an untoward psychological effect on the team going to Morocco.”
The Super Falcons are expected to go into their last phase of camping ahead of the WAFCON in June.
