Breaking: Court Bars INEC From Engaging MC Oluomo In Elections

Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has stopped the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) from engaging the services of  chairman of Lagos Parks and Garages, Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, in distributing materials for the 2023 general elections.

Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke, granted the prayer of Labour Party (LP), which sought an order to stop the electoral umpire from using MC Oluoma in distributing electoral materials for Saturday’s Presidential election and others.

MC Oluomo is believed to be loyal to the Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
