Bauchi Governor Approves Employment Of 1,061 Medical Students

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has approved the revalidation of employment of 1,061 pre-service medical students into the state main civil Service.

In a press statement by the Head of Civil Service, Alhaji Yahuza Adamu Haruna, the state government also directed that the true position of the pre-service medical students should be ascertained before the appointment letters would be given to them, adding that this is part of the state government efforts in improving the Health Sector from the grassroot levels and human capital investment in the sector.

Again, Governor Mohammed directed that every veterinary student of the Ministry of Agriculture should be verified, for proper placement into the state main civil service.

He explained that this was part of the efforts of the present administration in the state to provide job opportunities to the youth in the state.

Many commended the State Governor for his support to the Civil Service and called on civil servants to reciprocate the kind gesture through dedication and hard work.
