Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has hinted that a couple of his players are set to bid goodbyes to the club and have probably played their last home games at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners beat Newcastle United 1-0 at the Emirates stadium on Sunday but there was an emotional feelings attached to the occasion as the duo of Jorginho and Kieran Tierney are expected to leave at the end of the season.

Speaking to the media Sunday evening, Arteta at his post match press conference stated the following:
“We had a few in the dressing room that is probably is going to be the last time that they put that shirt on at the Emirates Stadium.
“I’ve been there and make sure that we are close to them, and I’m very grateful to them as well,” responded Arteta when asked about the futures of both players.
The Spaniard also spoke about the substitution of William Saliba who was replaced by Riccardo Calafiori at the break.
“Well, the first one because of an injury to Wilo (William Saliba), I think he felt something in his hamstring in the first half, unfortunately so we had to make the substitution.
“And with the other two, Kai, I mean, he’s been incredibly fast in his recovery. I think the doctors were a bit, is it too early? But he’s been pushing it, and he thought he could help the team.
“And with Kieran, he had a very special circumstance the way he had to come back and settle in the team again after four months out, and he’s been really good with the group. He has contributed in every possible way to help us a s I’m very grateful for that,” Arteta enthused.
The Gunners will round off their league campaign next Sunday with a game against Southampton with only a draw guaranteeing a second-placed finish.
The team have already secured UEFA Champions League place with the win over the Toons.
