Anambra Transition 2022: Obiano Takes Soludo Round Govt House

Two days to the swearing in ceremony for the Anambra State governor-elect, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, the incumbent governor, Chief Willie Obiano on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 conducted him round the government house on a familiarization tour.

Soludo in a statement on Tuesday said governor Obiano organised a valedictory session in his honour at the State House of Assembly Complex.

He added that the tour round the government house was in preparation for the official handover on Thursday.

Describing the event, the CBN governor, said, “It was an emotional moment for me, another reminder of the transience of everything under the sun. Of course prayers were offered at the behest of Governor Obiano.

“May Anambra continue to succeed, and may her light never go dim,” Soludo stated.
